Belgium flag colors
Black, yellow and red in vertical thirds, measured at 33.4, 33.4 and 33.2 percent. Belgium is one of very few countries to put black in the leading position of a tricolour, and the flag is unusually squat at a 13:15 ratio rather than the 2:3 almost everyone else uses.
