Italy flag colors
Italy is the rare case of a country that does specify its flag: a 2006 decree of the President of the Council of Ministers names three Pantone textile references: Fern Green, Bright White and Flame Scarlet. Those replaced a 2003 set that was noticeably different, with a deeper green and a warmer red.
