Czech Republic flag colors
White over red with a blue wedge driven in from the hoist to the centre. The wedge is why blue lands at 25 percent while the two bands take 37.5 each, and the flag was kept unchanged after Czechoslovakia split in 1993 even though the agreement said neither state would use it.
