Medal of Honor ribbon colors

The only ribbon in the American system worn at the neck rather than on the chest, and the only one that is a single colour: light blue at 96 percent, carrying thirteen white stars. That plainness is the point, since it has to be unmistakable next to everything else on a uniform.
