Arizona State University brand colors
ASU has retired the Pantone references for its two primary colors outright, replacing them with custom spot colors defined in the L*a*b color space for device independence. Its seven secondary colors still carry ordinary Pantone numbers, which makes this palette a clear illustration of why Pantone fields have to be optional rather than assumed.
